Connect to Braintrust MCP
Use a remote custom connector to give Cowork access to Braintrust tools.1
Add the Braintrust connector
Follow the Claude guide to add Braintrust as a custom connector. Use your Braintrust MCP endpoint as the server URL:
https://api.braintrust.dev/mcp for US organizations. For EU and self-hosted organizations, see MCP endpoints.Use OAuth to sign in. Each person signs in with their own Braintrust account, and you don’t need an OAuth client ID or client secret.
2
Verify the connection
To verify the connection, ask Cowork to list your recent Braintrust projects. If it can’t connect, see Braintrust MCP troubleshooting.
3
Start using Braintrust tools
Cowork can query logs, compare experiments, work with datasets, and use other Braintrust tools. For example:
- “Show me my recent Braintrust experiments.”
- “Query the last 10 logged requests with errors.”
- “Compare accuracy scores between my two latest experiments.”
